Q1: How can I get the most suitable machine for me?
You can tell us your working materials and detailed work through pictures or videos, so that we can judge whether our machines can meet your needs. We can then provide you with the best model based on your experience.

Q2: This is the first time I use this kind of machine. Is it easy to operate?
We will send you English manual and instruction video, which can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still don't know how to use it, we can help you with the "TeamViewer" online help software. Alternatively, we may chat by phone, email or other means of contact.

Q3: Is the machine safe to run?
Yes, laser surgery is completely safe. HUNST laser machines offer many safety systems such as leak proof sockets, emergency stop buttons, water alarms, red dot focus.

Q4: This model is not suitable for me. Do you have more models?
Yes, we can provide many models.

Q5: What's the guarantee if the machine breaks down?
The machine is guaranteed for one year. If it fails, usually, according to customer's feedback, our technicians will find out the problem. If the problem is caused by quality failure, other parts except wearing parts will be replaced for free. 2 year warranty on Raycus / MAX / JPT laser sources.

Q6: How about the documents after delivery?
After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by email or DHL, including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and other certificates required by customers.

Q7: How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it takes 5-10 days; For non-standard machines and machines customized according to customers' specific requirements, it takes 15 to 30 days.

Q8: What is the payment method?
Wire transfer to our official bank account or via AliExpress Trade Assurance.

Q9: Do you arrange the shipment of the machine?
Yes, for EXW price, it is very expensive to pick up the machine from our factory, we can ship the machine to any China seaport warehouse by adding some domestic shipping charges.
For FOB or CIF, we will arrange the shipment for you.

Q10: How about the packing?
